My boyfriend's old office chair was falling apart and he kept saying he didn't need a new one even though the upholstery was peeling off and it wobbled on it's post and you couldn't change the height. Easy to put together, mostly by myself needed hubby for a cpl sec to help put the top and bottom together. Instructions were mostly clear. Included some extra bolts just in case, which was nice. I am a short 5'2, so I needed adjustable arms, I was getting lots of ache in my upper back from low arm rests. This chair is sift and the back helps keep me straight. I've bought several pc chairs throughout the last cpl years all claiming to help posture, some more expensive than this chair. None can compare. I thought the leg rest might be a bit flimsy but was wrong. Holds nicely and easy to pull out and put away. If you are like me, and have been searching for a good chair that's comfortable. Read more

This is Not a big and tall chair. The dimensions of this chair and the way it was designed make no sense. The “headrest” lies between my shoulder blades and pushes against them extremely uncomfortably. The seat base has the hardest metal springs I’ve ever sat on, in 3 minutes I was starting to get pain in my back and glutes. Seat base was very short, very unsupporting. If you’re 400+ and under 5’2 then this chair might work for you. But at 250lbs and a very average 6’0 tall this is far and above the least comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in.
