I adore this chair, it was everything I had hoped for and more. Assembly First, the assembly. It was pretty easy. They provide a sheet of directions, which could be more detailed, but they aren't too bad. I was able to figure it out with a bit of study of the diagrams. They give you all the tools you need, clearly labeled. I really liked the wrench thing, it has a plastic top that was easy to twirl (kind of like turning a faucet.) I would estimate that the assembly took me around 25-30 minutes. I did it by myself, but it did require some special maneuvering to get the arms on (I kind of laid the chair on my legs at an angle to do that.) So, if you have access to another person to help out with holding the base while you put the arms on, that would be good, but, again, I WAS able to do it all by myself (small adult female.) Quality The quality is EXCELLENT. This feels so plush and luxurious. It feels like leather and I swear I just feel so pampered when I sit in it. It offers really good back support and plenty of tailbone support as well (good padding.) I particularly like the pockets on the sides of the arms. Lots of room for stuff like planners, etc. The chair in use Adjustment capability: The arms are made to move down, so you might initially think you don't have them on tight enough. They are meant to fold out so you can almost lay in the chair. The design is really clever. They don't stay up super rigidly, but they are meant to be that way. I find the arms really comfy. Comfort level I am using this chair at my desk. I work 60-80 hours a week so believe me something like this makes a truly significant difference in my daily comfort. I love it so much I am debating whether I should buy another one to use as a gaming chair in my living room. I know it's called a criss cross chair because you can sit cross legged in it, and I am one of those people who loves to do that. It is perfect for that, and it is easily the most comfy desk chair I have ever had in my life. Cleaning the chair I should note that I chose the white color and the material is very easy to clean, I have already dribbled coffee on the arms and it came right up with spot cleaning. I bought this for my vanity and I honestly really like how it looks and feels. The white PU leather looks clean and nice in my room and the chair itself is pretty comfortable to sit on for a long time. I like the criss cross style because it lets me sit in different positions and the adjustable armrests are a nice touch. This chair was extremely easy to put together and took me approximately 45 minutes. I was able to assemble using the tools and hardware they provided. The material and padding are actually quite comfortable. I am 6ft and 220lbs and I can very easily cross both of my legs and still fit inside the seat. I realize this is a "criss-cross" sitting chair, but when you're not sitting criss-cross, the adjustable armrests have no support or any way to lock them into an upright standard position, and this makes sitting upright awkward.
