The best investment I've made this year! I stumbled on this and read some of the reviews. All my parts were in the box. I was surprised how lightweight it was and the assembly was easy. I charged it right away and was excited to try it even after 10pm. This small tool worked better and far exceeded my expectations! Strong, rotating bristles (which I thought weren't firm or abrasive enough) blew my theory away. I had some stains on a chair that I'd tried countless times to remove unsuccessfully. I thought maybe I needed to soak a spot with cleaning solution first but decided to try immediately instead. Within seconds, I saw stains being removed! I was embarrassed at the thought of doing a before and after picture but now I wish I had. The ease of use on my back helped tremendously because I have spinal stenosis and I would usually pay someone to assist with my cleaning. I think I may be able to save some money now.
