Since I've discovered the hybrid business casual sneaker, I've been on a quest to find the ultimate balance of a dress shoe and the comfort of a sneaker. This might be pretty close. These are well made, they feel like a true dress shoe, sturdy, stylish and a consistent presentation after wearing them for some time. At the same time they are comfortable and so far have held up. I love the color and these stand out in a way other casual sneakers do not. They have been a little prone to scratches and knicks but honestly these are shoes worth polishing. I purchased these after reviewing many others. Glad these are the pair of shoes I ordered. They are true to size and look exactly as advertised. Great shoe, comfortable, light, easy to wear and no break in necessary. They lasted 3-4 months in a retail setting walking 8-10 miles a day plus using pallet jacks etc. Style was good as I received compliments for them being both fashionable and functional as well as having great value. I will possibly change the style in the future and continue with this brand. Read more
Needed to make an edit. I ordered 8 pairs of these and 1 pair came as two different colors. Thankfully I was able to return them and get the last pair of size 14 since they were for the groom. The new ones were great. 2 years later all 9 men still wear the oxblood and a few have them in regular rotation where they needed to order a new pair and wanted the same ones. Nice style at an affordable price. These shoes look great and fit very well. The only downside is comfort - the insoles don’t provide much support or comfort and the outsoles are not cushioned at all either. End result is the shoe walks tough and is hard on your feet. However, you aren’t paying for a $100 pair of shoes either so there has to be trade offs somewhere. I don’t anticipate these shoes will hold up for more than 12 months, if you end up buying the same pair more than 2 times you really should question if a more expensive pair upfront would have made more sense. I like to change my style every so often and plan to throw them out when the soles degrade (which they will based of strength and quality) or when the leather stitching fails (which it will because they look glued to some vs stitched). Overall, still a good value but not a long term commitment to a quality out of shoes. Read more
These look and feel good according to my husband. He has a job that is very clean and after wearing them for only 6 days they have discolored!? Not durable at all, makes me wonder if they really are leather. How is this possible if they are leather? He is not in a dirty job. Vehicle to building, clean environments. There is no reason leather shoes should discolor. His last pair of shoes were faux leather and lasted two years. The photo won't upload for some reason. Read more
