These are the perfect size for single servings. As Senior Citizens I make a lot of home cooked meals that are family size. I am able to portion them out and freeze in these containers so hubby can pick what he wants to eat whenever I am away. They are stackable, look sleek, can go in freezer, in microwave, in dishwasher.
