The quality is good, easy pull in/out, and you can see thru the top without opening it to check if the pills are taken or not. One complaint I have is because it does not have lid for each day, you need to make sure you are taking the pilling from the right most compartment first -- otherwise, you'll have to block the days on the right of the day you want. For example, since Saturday is the left most compartment, and unfortunately I still have pills for Sunday and Monday (which are the right most 2 compartments) ... in order not to have those 2 days of pills come out while I was getting pills for Saturday, I covered up the 2 days with my palm. DO NOT HESITATE - BUY THIS ONE!!! I just had to come back here to add photos to explain why I love this travel/weekly pill organizer. And to sort of give you a sense of what fits (since that was extremely helpful to me when other reviews included their pill regiment). I take a bunch of UTI prevention pills (getting old sux), including an RX pill (not shown in the bottles pic). This mighty organizer has space for: 1 Zyrtec, 1 uqora promote pill, 2 uqora defend pills, 2 AZO cranberry pills, 1 daily multivitamin, and my little RX pill. This thing is super secure. It does not open unless you want it to. Slide it open and you’re good to go. It is difficult to figure out which pills to place first if you have a boat load of pills like me. So I’ve found putting the biggest ones in first works best. Otherwise, it’s hard to slide shut if they are sticking out. I love that the color is black and not too conspicuous. It looks super sleek and stylish, if that’s what you’re looking for in a pill organizer lol! And I love that it has the days of the week on the side - super helpful in case you forget!
