I used something like this at a chiropractic years ago, so I knew it worked then. But I’m also 71 so my impression may differ from others. It is heavy, so unpack it where you want it. Can’t use it on carpet because it would dampen the vibration and the rubber suction cups would quickly break. The hardest part of the assembly were the elastic bands and only needed rereading the instructions to complete. I’m not in good shape due to inactivity and neuropathy and was eager to try it out. The first time I lasted 3 and a half minutes on P2 doing squats and using the arms bands to steady myself and relaxing when I needed a rest. Later that day I tried just standing on it. That actually felt good, kind of like a massage. Next morning I felt stiff in the legs for about 5 minutes and didn’t use it that day because I was out of town. When I returned two days later, I used it for 5 minutes with intermittent full use of the arm bands and standing breaks as needed. It was a workout, but it was kinda fun. My legs felt kind of rubber bandy for about an hour afterwards, but it wasn’t bad. Well now I’ve settled into a soft routine for the 9 days I’ve used it, going at it daily for as long as I can last , up to 5 min, but I think this will improve with time. I usually return later to just stand on it because it truly feels like a massage. I can see how this might help an elderly person that uses it while seated to improve circulation. Would I buy this? This is not an insignificant amount of money. Yea. After using it, I like it. Oh. The machine alternates up/down left/right and varies the frequency and amplitude according to the mode selected. Added: I’m still at it more than a month in and I haven’t increased beyond 5 minutes, but I have done 5 minutes x 2 times a day.
