So far the best Bluetooth speaker I have, It’s got a long battery life for me I listen to music 24/7 so it lasts me a good few days before I gotta recharge it, the Bluetooth connection is easy and reaches a good distance away, I’ve owned 2 of these now for the last 2 years and I have no complaints, bass hits hard music is loud would be good for a party indoors or outdoors Read more

Original Review May 5, 2023: I'm an old car and home audiophile from waaaaaay back. I wanted something simple to setup in my office so I can crank up the tunes while working. This speaker pumps out some serious highs and lows for the size, and can get extremely loud without any clipping (yes I had to test it at max volume on the speaker and my device turned all the way up hah!)! I was very impressed at the output for the price. I'm going to eventually order at least 1 more to pair up with this one, but now I'm thinking I might just get 3 more and surround myself with sound. I also patch these through my gaming PC when I'm not using my headset and it really adds a great layer of immersion. Update December 31, 2025: I ordered my first speaker on December 5, 2022, and a second speaker on December 15, 2023 to pair up with it. Unfortunately the first speaker started to fail around September 2025, not holding a charge and making a terrible ear piercing noise that would play at full volume despite the volume dial setting when plugged into USB. Hoping this was a fluke, I purchased a replacement in October 2025 as I missed having stereo sound in my office. As of today the second speaker is starting to display the same issues the first had just before full failure, however the second one is a year newer. Best I can tell is once the internal battery starts to give up the whole unit itself completely fails. My assumption would be the speaker should be powered via USB when always plugged in, then use the battery when not. But it seems the USB -only- charges the battery, which in turn powers the speaker. That configuration is of course going to greatly shorten the battery life and cause premature failure. If I had the tools and time I would pull it apart and see if there was some way to bypass the failed battery and power the speaker amp directly, but at this point I don't think it's worth the effort. It's really a shame because the speakers do sound great. The other issue I'm also having is random people keep attempting to connect to the speakers when not in use. As they are always broadcasting bluetooth when powered on there is just no way to prevent those attempted connections, and of course the series of connection chimes play at high volume which is very jarring when I expected a quiet office at that time. I tried to resolve this by using the AUX inputs on each speaker but that does not disable the bluetooth feature and I cannot find any way to turn bluetooth broadcasting off. At $130 per speaker I'd expect more than 2-3 years life out of them. For that price point I think my next purchases will just be a stereo receiver and pair of hardwired bookshelf speakers to replace these. Reducing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because the sound quality is there and if you don't care about how long the speaker will last then this is a good option. Read more
SUPER REVIEWS—September 29, 2025
This is an upgrade from a previous boombox that had a power of 60W. Well, this was the ultimate upgrade, approximately 180W. For the size, the sound output is very impressive, probably good enough to start up a mini rave. On full blast, you can feel the bass in your stomach, but it really depends on what kind of room you are in. The kicks and drums come through really well, just enough to get the party started. Additionally, the highs and mids have much clarity, and aren't muted by the intense bass. All sounds come through clearly. Surprisingly, it was more lightweight than expected, and can be carried around with ease. For the price, I would say it is very good, though if you are looking to use it for a wedding or large event, I would choose a bigger speaker. Though if you just want to party with your friends, this is bang for your buck. Bluetooth speakers are GREATLY overpriced these days, but W-king still delivers competitive quality for a better price. When this product arrived, the battery was at full charge, no problems with that. It consistently brings the power and stereo at a great volume, without sounding like it is under stress. The Bluetooth connected really quickly and effortlessly; it rings once when it is successfully paired. Read more

very good speaker with rotary volume dial. gets pretty lound, with appreciable bass. i have two of these and the stereo TWS function is a level up. these don't connect to the W-King app and the BT is version 5.0. Connecting two speakers was pretty easy tho. For the price, worth it to get two for s t e r e o sound. Good bang for the buck although W-King has newer models that can be EQ'd through the app. Still, these speakers can get loudish, while still being fairly small and reasonably portable. I got the aftermarket cases for them which aid a bit in transporting them. overall these are decent for the price and will check off a lot of boxes for a mid-sized BT speaker that's capable of outdoor duty. The 80w RMS is vibrant but also directional. With the two-speaker setup, the wattage sounds lounder befcause the overall sound is more immersive. Read more

This speaker exceeded my expectations! The sound quality for its size is awesome! Really nice bass and overall sound. If you get two you can pair for left/right setup which I am going to do. The build quality is excellent. Solid and has nice weight meaning it actually has good magnets in it. Setup was super easy. Once paired it will auto sync to your phone or other device. I got this and a projector to watch movies outside on my RV. The projector paired with it no problem. If you need a really nice quality speaker on a budget, this is it! Read more
