The WAKE IN CLOUD Unicorn Kids Sleeping Bag is going to be super fun for my child, who prefers sleeping on the floor to a bed. I don't think I would use this without additional bedding if camping in the elements, however. The batting inside feels like a very low-end synthetic material that wouldn't withstand the 45-degree temperature rating. My daughter is going to love the pattern on the outside, and I love that it wipes off easily. I also like the domed shape at the top, which will cradle her pillow and prevent it from sliding around as she moves, unlike traditional sleeping bags. The zippers glide smoothly, and I think the best feature, perfect for my hot-blooded sleeper, is the zipper that allows the feet to be free while the remaining bag stays zipped up. She hates having her feet covered, and this will be perfect for her. It has squeezability while in its convenient packing bag, but it isn't what I would call comfy or thickly padded when laid out. This sleeping bag is cozy, fluffy, and so cute. The design is a little muted and “very aesthetic” (according to my 10yo). The bag it folds in to has both a single strap and backpack style straps (brilliant!). It folds up pretty easily and stuffs back into the carrying bag. The sleeping bag itself is about 50inches long and is good for about 10 years or younger. It has a hood-like upper area to be cozy which can even be tightened a bit around the face. To keep the zipper from sliding open at night there is a velcro strip at the top of the zipper closure- simple but so brilliant. It is medium to light warmth, so maybe not for super cold camping but was good in the summer and for sleepovers. And it’s machine washable, which is super convenient. Read more

Wake in Cloud makes excellent products and this sleeping bag is no exception. The material and construction are both top notch and it's perfect for a movie night or sleepover. It's a bit thicker than the typical department store kids sleeping bag, and the polyester outer shell is stain resistant and very easy to clean. This bag holds up great to machine washing and is not too big for your home washing machine. It is nice and soft and very warm, with a fun design kids love. This sleeping bag was a lot thicker and better quality than I was expecting. I figured it would be more something to use indoors for a slumber party but it really could be used outside in a tent or camper in cooler weather. It comes with its own carrying case but once it is unrolled it is next to impossible to get it back in the small bag. The color is bright and the design is cute. It is fairly small, however, so it would probably only fit a child of eight or nine. It is very thick, warm and soft. Read more

My granddaughter's eyes went wide when she saw this sleeping bag. Her favorite color is purple and unicorns are one of her favorite items so sphe loved the pictures on this bag because of their vibrant color and clarity. The bag looks very durable and is as described in the product details. It has a mummy style top, is 6 foot tall by 3 foot wide. It has a pull cord to close the hood on a cold night and velcro on the opposite side to make it more secure. Unlike a mummy bag it is rectangular at the bottom so it allows lots of room to move around and won't feel claustrophobic. The only downside I see to this bag is that the zipper is nylon as opposed to metal; this is stated in the product description as hook and loops so it is not hidden or misleading. The bag comes with a nice carrying bag that has adjustable backpack style straps to the bag can be carried. The bag is soft, but does not have a lot of padding. It is sufficient to be comfortable between the stated 45 - 77 degrees. The only potential downside is from a comfort side if laying on a rough surface. Based on this you may want to consider using a hiking sleeping bag, air mattress or a blanket underneath the sleeping bag. Read more
