Walkhero Arch Support Inserts deliver firm, immediate arch support that actually holds up through long days of walking and standing. They fit easily into everyday shoes and provide real structure—not the squishy kind that collapses by noon. Comfort improves noticeably after a short break-in, with reduced foot fatigue and better overall stability. Build quality is solid and durable, with materials that keep their shape over time. From a value perspective, these make far more sense than overpriced “performance” insoles or custom orthotics. No hype, no miracle claims—just a sensible, well-made product that does exactly what it says and does it at a price that respects your wallet. Read more

I purchased some nice brand name hiking shoes and was disappointed that the insoles had no real support in them, my 1st 1 hour walk left my feet feeling fatigued. Rather than try to return the shoes, I did some research and came across these Walkhero insoles so thought I’d give them a try. Well, the difference is night and day! It felt like I had an entirely different pair of hiking shoes on with these insoles, great arch support, extra padding in the heels and forefoot areas. I walked for an hour with no pain and could have kept on walking. They are well made and the size 9-9.5 fit perfectly into my size 9 shoes. I will definitely purchase more when needed. Read more

Decent and helpful, but not extraordinary. These are helping offer support, but not as thick as Id hoped. These are a budget friendly option but actual higher grade insoles are better for serious foot issues. Its better than nothing for plantar fasciitis onset. Read more

Great product and value. My primary doctor uses these. My high arches brought on a right foot bad plantar event bad enough to visit emergency. So, the 10.5" fit my size 11 shoes perfectly. No trimming to fit. Arch support was right on. The gel heal in the Walkhero is great for a heal spir my xray discovered. I recommend. Read more

i have been using the walk hero arch support insoles for a few years now and am very happy with them. I used to go to the podiatrist and get new orthotic every year. the last time i went to him he and told me about the walk hero orthotics. I have been very pleased with these. My foot pain/fatigue is reduced and i can buy 8 of these for the price of one custom orthotic. They fit right into my shoes and are very durable. Read more

I don't usually write reviews but I had to. I bought these for my work shoes but I'm going to have to get another pair for my other shoes! They're really supportive. Perfect for planters fascia. I suggest getting a little smaller size than your shoe size so it's easy to fit. Read more

I purchased from walk hero in the past they had a popular model some years ago which worked well for me at the time and was 35 mm arch they listed that in their ad. This one I believe does not mention it. I find they have many different insoles now and I happen to find the same one that listed that it was 30 mm 1.2 in so I thought I give it a try. I have flat feet and pronation. The arch support plastic didn't seem like it was reinforced enough like I needed so it was causing some pain in my knee from wearing I went back to my old ones that were 35 mm pretty solid arch and things went back to normal again. They seem well made aside from the arch being more supportive. Don't forget to take your shoe insoles out when putting this in it will give you some height. And may not fit. If not doing so. I contacted the manufacturer/seller and ask them the height of the arch and they told me 30 mm and because it wasn't the right height that I needed or worked for me they automatically without asking credited my purchase. So great customer service. If you need a little bit more support in your shoes which most shoes do not have support these would be good. Also I would mention to read the instructions so you only wear them two to three hours a day to get used to them. I wear size 12.5 and they fit without any trimming. I just can't get my old insoles anymore so I will be on the search but I want to try if I can to get higher arch above 35 mm but I have problems with my ankle and also I've learned from a podiatrist my fat pad on my heel had shifted so these insoles would help cradling your foot for more support in the heel. They are a lot cheaper than what the podiatrist would charge closer to $35 not custom made. If your feet are not balance properly it will throw off your knee and your hip and back that I've learned over the last 15 years.Hope I've helped Read more

I've been using custom orthotic inserts that I've gotten through my chiropractor's office for a dozen years, and they have been wonderful. The last ones I bought were around $150 a few years ago, though I've seen similar ones advertised for $250. These are the custom ones that take an imprint of your foot and are custom made to fit. With my particular feet, the high arch support seemed to be the most important aspect that was helping me, so I thought I'd gamble a small amount to see if these off-the-shelf ones could provide the same benefits for me. Surprisingly, they are great! I started out just wearing them around the house, all to good effect. Then I went for a 4-mile walk and found the support to be just what I needed. So this is at less than 10% of what I paid for the custom ones. I like to have inserts for every pair of shoes that I own so that I don't have to swap out the insoles every time I put on a different pair of shoes. I even keep some in my rubber muck boots for yard work. The price on these allows me to do that. I've had these for a short time, so I don't yet have a clue about the longevity. Read more
