We completely remodeled our master bath down to the studs. I originally wanted this Roman waterfall faucet set for my Roman soaker tub, but I thought there would be a problem with the plumbing run through an outside wall in freezing weather, so I ordered the freestanding faucet. When my contractor looked at it, he found that the freestanding would not sit well on the river rock floor and would wobble. He offered the solution of building a shelf wall out by the tub and running the plumbing through it, insulated. I had already purchased the freestanding faucet and due to construction start delays, my return window with Amazon had expired. I really wanted the Roman waterfall faucet set-up to complete the ambiance of the bathroom and reached out to Wowkk to ask if I could return the floor unit. They listened, understood my plight, and that I would buy the Roman faucet and return the floor unit (that had not been out of the box) and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Their customer service, assistance in the process, and follow-up communication was exceptional and supportive throughout. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE I'm THRILLED with the Roman faucet set. As you can see in the photos, it is exactly what is needed with the tub. The waterfall feature is awesome, I particularly like the ability to install the 3 pieces of the set in the order that matched my needs. (Note: the picture on Amazon shows the pieces in different order and close together. The pieces are INDIVIDUALLY plumbed with flex hosing and you can put them in any order, any distance apart that you want - which is a BIG plus). I had the pieces installed where I could sit in the tub, easily reach the controller while I soak. The waterfall faucet is positioned in the middle of the tub, and I was able to have the hand-held sprayer installed out-of-the-way at the other end of the tub. I especially like this hand-held as it is rotatable and it can be regularly stored bent forward into the tub so any last minute drips fall into the tub and not down onto the floor. A super feature is that the hand-held hose is able to be out of the way OUTSIDE the tub vs hanging inside and in the way while I soak. The Roman Waterfall Faucet set is fantastic. It provides EVERYTHING I wanted in a heavy metal quality set that Wowkk sells for $1000 less than a Delta, Moen or Kohler. The matte black finish is flawless, and the modern features/modern look are not available in the regular national brands. The end result is much better than I could have ever hoped for. I am a home builder and I ordered my first set of this faucet design back in the spring of 2024 and the home buyers were so pleased with the appearance and build quality, I decided to install the same units in my next two tubs. I ordered the faucets back in October to ensure they were available and they were just installed yesterday. One of the hand held shower unit was marred and I contacted customer service and they are promptly replacing the unit at no charge. Our only problem was probably our plumber. I found someone with 31 years experience, but he was used to installing American brands like Delta or Moen. I really think if my husband had installed it, it would have gone much better, because he is good at following instructions. The tub faucet leaked, only because the plumber didn't install things correctly. I contacted the company and they were wonderful to send me longer brass parts by Fedex and it worked perfectly. Our plumber didn't think a longer part would help, but by husband took measurements and I requested it. I would order this again, with less frustration next time. Contractor said it was easy to install. It works as designed. So much nicer than those on a tall pedestal. A pedestal mount would have been located right in front of our bathroom window. This filler is integrated into the wall and looks so much more upscale. We love it. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The water fall feature looked beautful and smooth flowing plus had shower attachment Quality: finish was beautiful but threads on both spout & sprayer mount were short and did not tighten securely to main plumbing. Feel: we thought secured but was loose to connections Build quality: Not satisfactory for basic plumbing!! FAILED PRODUCT In Nov. while in use, water leakage severe from bath tub connection inside wall mount and leaked along new wall tile and bath deck down into our den filling our light fixture then flooding over onto our carpet! Much drying out with rental fans and needed to create back access in drywall to access moisture and plumbing. Contractor fixed but the third use, sprayer mount leaked inside at wall mount. Contractor fixed with a plastic sheeth and when we came home from Christmas vacation the whole mount and sprayer with hose had fallen off in the tub! Cracked!? After calling and emailing several times by both husband and contractor, no answer, no email, nor call back from company! we wanted a product to work! Contractor left the job. We had to find/hire a new plumber who could troubleshoot the area and tried two other tub spouts (not waterfall style as I had wanted) and find a mount connector that would not leak and also hold the bath sprayer. Only part that seems to work is the mixer valve and plate to original system. However, we check for moisture from behind the wall. Makes us a bit uneasy it wont leak too. This was a very stressful chapter to finishing our beautiful master bath remodel. We DO NOT recommend this product NOR this company! Horrible non existant customer service! we still have to patch the holes to dry our den ceiling and now paint the room. Ease of installation: Not easy. Connections short and not tight fitting.
