I broke my sacrum many years ago which also led to some discs in my back going bad requiring fusion surgery. My dad was the first person I knew that had this cushion. I loved it and he ended up buying me one for my truck. I now own 3 of them! One for each vehicle and one for home. Whenever I go somewhere that the seats are hard I bring my cushion in from my truck. I've had my first one for a few years and it is as comfortable now as it was the day I got it! It hasn't broken down not one bit and that is amazing for a product that is used every single day! This seat cushion is comfortable. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s kept its shape and firmness. It’s comfortable to sit on for hours without and butt pains or back pains. You can switch it around from forwards to backwards for different feeling if one position gets uncomfortable just switch it around. Read more

Seems comfortable at first but after a few hours lower back starts to hurt…on the first day of use. Also I’m 6’2” 230lb and my butt is too big for this? Like the cushion looks small in my opinion. Sending it back. Read more

I bought my first WAOAW cushion about 14 months ago when I broke my tailbone. It made a world of difference in my pain level. I had very little pain when I used it. I used it at home, in the car, in restaurants, etc. (it has a handy carrying strap on one side) and it's held up really well. I weigh over 200 lbs. and it hasn't compressed down at all. This is my second cushion. I still have some tailbone pain and life's more comfortable when I use this cushion, so I finally decided to get a second cushion so I can have one in my car and one in the house.
