I broke my sacrum many years ago which also led to some discs in my back going bad requiring fusion surgery. My dad was the first person I knew that had this cushion. I loved it and he ended up buying me one for my truck. I now own 3 of them! One for each vehicle and one for home. Whenever I go somewhere that the seats are hard I bring my cushion in from my truck. This seat cushion is comfortable. I’ve been using it for a few months now and it’s kept its shape and firmness. It’s comfortable to sit on for hours without and butt pains or back pains. I bought my first WAOAW cushion about 14 months ago when I broke my tailbone. It made a world of difference in my pain level. I had very little pain when I used it. I used it at home, in the car, in restaurants, etc. (it has a handy carrying strap on one side) and it's held up really well. I weigh over 200 lbs. and it hasn't compressed down at all. This is my second cushion. I still have some tailbone pain and life's more comfortable when I use this cushion, so I finally decided to get a second cushion so I can have one in my car and one in the house.
