It came “shrink wrapped” in a box inside the shipping box. The instructions were very clear on what do. It was easy!! Now it’s on floor to “fluff” out more and of course kitty checks it out in her own sweet time! Very soft and cream color is very calming. I’m happy with purchase. Read more
