i have hipsters from several makers...i like them all, but i REALLY like these...they are just a tad smaller than i like, but still plenty of coverage...not a dealbreaker at all...i'm always amazed at how the panties never look the same on YOU as they do in the picture....in real life, they don't have NEARLY as much rise as they do in the accompanying picture...they could have advertised these as bikinis and not gotten any complaints from the buyers...they fit a lot lower, relatively speaking, than other hipsters i have, but the elastic and stretch is SO good that they stay firmly in place with no riding up or wedging...great big wide waistband, so there's no rolling over...just a great item all around...i bought one to try and then ordered three more...try them--if you like this style, you'll LOVE these...UPDATE:...since this review, i have bought several more pairs and have found that the size varies somewhat...some fit perfectly--some are so small as to be almost unwearable...when they fit, this is my favorite pair of undies...when they don't, i put that pair aside to only be worn around the house or in distinctly intimate moments... These panties are very pretty. I have very wide hips and a big derriere and they stretch across all of it nicely. They don't move or ride up and they don't curl down or dig in at the waist. I have been wearing these panties for years. They are so soft with full coverage, and they last wash after wash. The fit is amazing and true to size. I have a 40 inch hip and the large fits perfect. Warner has different levels of these quality panties out there that are sold at the lower end stores.
