I started on the soft setting, as suggested, and gradually worked my way up to medium, which now feels just right. The water tank is big enough to get through a full session without needing to refill, it’s easy to detach and clean. It doesn’t feel bulky or hard to handle. The water stream feels powerful but not uncomfortable, the tips are easy to switch. I keep one at home and one in my travel bag now. Battery life has been pretty good so far.
