It works perfectly for me with my braces. Has good pressure and holds a lot of water. Been using it about 3 weeks with no issues. Very good purchase. Update: It was great while it lasted. It stopped working. It's fully charged, but will not come on. Ive tried other sockets to make sure that's not the issue. I really wish it works because I love it! Read more
First, they sent me cleaner without some of the parts. They were WONDERFUL - - - it wasn't such a big deal but they made it as such. I had to tell them "chill, I am fine and don't send me dinner"!! they were beyond helpful. Got the replacement and love this. Battery charges nicely, no leakage, love the size - - IF you hear something like a lead, it is air trying to get into the water tank. Just open it and let it fill with air. Reliable, good quality, wonderful for travel. I like it Read more
It does a great job & the price is right. However, the handle is a bit too thick & the buttons are awkwardly located. It's tough to make adjustments when in use so be sure you're over the sink to direct the water toward the drain. It's also too big for my standard men's toiletry bag, so I wouldn't say it's so convenient for travel, even if I wasn't concerned that the plastic water reservoir might crack. The included box for replacement components also isn't big enough to hold them. It does an amazing job as a water flosser, so I can't complain that much overall. I'd just choose to leave it at home. This water pic is powerful and the low to medium settings provide plenty of pressure. Some things the instructions do not say: The device comes with 4 tips and a box to store them. The box only holds 3 tips and the only way to fit all 3 is to place 2 in one direction and the third longer tip with bristles in the middle and in the opposite direction as shown in my photo. The charging indicator light flashes blue when charging and goes steady when fully charged. Be sure to press the tip firmly into the device until it clicks, or else water will shoot out everywhere. There is a door on the side to fill in the water, but it is easier to fill through the top of the basin by easily separating the basin from the handle with a half turn counter clockwise. Read more

I had this for over 2 1/2 years and it just died on me. I was very happy with this product. Read more
I bought a cheap electric irrigator last year and it made my dentist appointment a year later much easier than prior years so when I found I'd be traveling for a week I didn't want to go without using an oral irrigator. I also didn't want to risk breaking my countertop unit so I purchased this thing. I charged it before I left and I didn't need to charge it again even though my dad also used it so the battery is a winner for holding a decent charge. The color coded tips made sharing the unit easy. My unit leaked out the little door in the side but after letting the unit dry completely before closing the door firmly and then filling it seems to have kept the leak to a minimum. The pressure settings were where I was unimpressed. The high setting was much lower than what I was used to with my cheap counter top irrigator. Trying to aim this thing at the backs of my front teeth both top and bottom was awkward and the motel mirror ended up splattered pretty toughly as I tried. I definitely missed the flexible hose of my countertop unit. It did an ok job with my side teeth at least but I'm glad to be home and using my countertop unit again. This was better than nothing but at the end of my trip my dad didn't want to keep it and I'm unlikely to use it again even for another trip. I suspect I'll sanitize it and drop it off at the Salvation Army, if they'll take it. Otherwise I fear it is dump bound. Read more
I’ve been trying to charge it after the first use and it will not charge. I got it and it worked fine but now it won’t charge and I have to buy another one. It’s not even a year yet having it Read more
