This water flosser works amazingly well! The pressure is strong enough to remove everything between my teeth, but still gentle on my gums. The tank holds plenty of water and lasts through a full cleaning. It’s easy to use, easy to refill, and my mouth feels incredibly fresh afterward. Way better than traditional floss! Read more

I waited a few months before reviewing to make sure the unit held up & cleaned well. It's great, I love it and use it every night. If you are wanting a water flosser this one will do the job just fine. Don't worry about it being an "off brand" or any of that nonsense. It is only a bit smaller in water capacity than a full-size older Waterpic but that has not been a problem for me at all. The capacity is more than adequate. It is a great product, well made, cleans very well, has many different water heads and is waaay more quiet than Waterpic! It also does not interfere with the big screen TV. See below -- For years I always had a Waterpic, but the last Waterpic I bought wasn't made as well and and didn't hold up. It also was very loud and it had some kind of FCC interference problem. If I used it when our Samsung TV & later our Hisense TV (that my husband loves) was on, the TV would usually turn off or sometimes just change channels. It sounds so silly and reading this you may not believe it. Because of this my husband hated the Waterpic and was thrilled when it broke (lol). Because of all the problems and Waterpics being pricey I started shopping. I was hesitant to buy at first because I'm kind of a hands on person but I read the reviews and that helped me choose. Taking good care of our teeth is very important. Read more

Review This water flosser does a good job of cleaning teeth and gums. Water pressure is adjustable and effective, and the tank size is sufficient for one complete use. The only downside is it takes a little time to get used to, but overall it’s a good product and worth buying for daily oral care. Read more

It took me a while, but I finally got a chance to set this up & start using it! This was SO easy to set up and start using, even without directions, though it did come with a good booklet-manual. All you do is fill the water resovoir, choose from one of the many included attachments, set the water pressure, and turn on the flosser piece! It has WAY more pressure than the rechargeable Water Pik I had before! I wish I'd had gotten one of these corded models a long time ago, but everything in the stores are rechargeable, cordless, and low power! I have a large bride and extensive dental work, so I should have had one of these all along, but my last one was so messy and ineffective that I ended up just throwing it away, and it cost at least $20.00 more than this one! You will still need to bend over the sink while using it of course, but this one is a lot less messy. I absolutely love this, I think it's a great value, and i HIGHLY, highly recommend this! Great price, too! Read more

I've used this for a few weeks now, and am very happy with it. Reasons I like my Sawgmore water flosser: has a smaller footprint than other 600 ml flossers, nicely adjustable for different pressures, pulse action, plenty of different attachments for cleaning the whole mouth, suction cups to keep it firmly in place on the counter, very easily to use, not too loud, good quality. Everything good! Read more

Like clockwork...I should have known, you get what you pay for! Around 6 months in, it started losing water pressure, not much, but enough for me to turn the knob to higher pressure. Then, one day, out of the blue, the tip just disengaged and shot out while I was in the process of flossing. Luckily, no harm was done to my teeth. The tips just won't engage. It looks like the clip that holds the tips in has somehow broken off, or the spring, if any, got tangled up and did not release the clip to keep the tips secured in place. I don't know how to take it apart, especially since it's fairly flimsy plastic. It's kind of shameful that I did not have a chance to use all of the available tips. Before this, I had another product that lasted over 10 years. So sad. Read more

I used this flosser every day for two years, and it worked quite well right up until it gave up the ghost and wouldn't turn on. This outcome is actually better than I expected; I knew it was an inexpensive knock-off when I bought it, after all, and I thought it might last only a single year. In the time that it worked, it did exactly what I hoped it would do, namely, it proved to me that a water flosser was worth having. A great entry-level way to try out this technology. Read more
