I've been using these filters for three years now. They are easy to swap out, and they consistently last as long as advertised. Having lived with the Waterdrop system for a year I really like it. Its fast and consistent making about 1 gallon of water every 2 minutes. Filter replacements are easy and the filters aren't any more expensive than the ones in refrigerators. Only issue I had is someone returned a used filter and Amazon shipped it as new. I did a return so no big deal. If you get a filter make sure to check that it is sealed when it arrives. Read more

I was very pleased and surprised about the customer service quality. Doreen was fabulous. I've had small questions over the last 6 months and she's been very responsive, even going as far as sending replacement filters overnight at their cost. We like the unit. No problems so far.
