This arrived promptly and it works extremely well. I had a hand held model previously, but it did not have the pulse pressure or tank capacity of this model. It has rotation capability of the wand and a stop start switch on the wand as well. You can add mouthwash or hydrogen peroxide to the water in the tank for an even more effective water flossing. You learn to keep the wand in your mouth and your mouth closed pretty quickly, otherwise it will spray clean your sink and mirror. Read more

I've never used a dental tool like this but its time to step up the battle for healthy teeth. The tip storage is kinda pointless as you get more tips than storage space. I'm 6'1" and the hose is to short, I have to bend way over the sink even though the unit is right next to the sink bowl. You get about 1 to 1.5 minutes of run time and if you time it right that's enough to get all your teeth cleaned. At the lowest setting (first time use) I really didn't feel much benefit. As time goes by i'll crank up the pressure. But right now I'm not seeing the a real benefit of using a pressure washer for my teeth. Read more
We bought this recently and had to be shown how to use it. I felt very awkward at first, but once I understood how to use it, it was easy and straightforward. The best part came when I went to my dentist after a month for a tooth cleaning. I had the least plaque and the cleanest teeth my dental hygienist had ever seen in my mouth.
