We wanted a cover for our minivan which sits in the sun all day (here in sunny CA). It's a little on the heavy side - probably because it's for a minivan. Hard for me to put on myself - I'm 5'3". So I would need some help, but my husband was able to put it on much easier. Once one, it covers the car perfectly. It has reflectors in key areas so if you park in a lot or somewhere dark you can spot it. It's waterproof as well. When you're not using it, you can stuff it back into the bag. Again, probably a little challenging for small people like me. But I'm not sure there's a way around that. It fits what we needed it for, functions well, and the size was what it stated. It arrived vacuum sealed with a storage bag and accessories including a lock cable. Fits the Maverick good, has tie downs that you can use at each wheel. There's a zipper opening so you can get in the drivers door without removing the cover (very handy). There's reflective strips in case you park on a road and use this cover. I was able to install it myself on a windy day in about two minutes. Would be very easy if it's not windy and there's two of you! Seems well made and the inside has a soft lining. Glad I bought this. Just received this cover and put it on... this is definitely a keeper! Very nice material - silver is highly reflective (exactly what I wneeded for CA sun), not too thick and heavy, soft on the inside. Fits my Subaru Outback very nicely. They also include a tethering rope to tie it down when needed. This is my 3rd attempt to get a decent car cover, and finally found fitting option! Zipper does feel a bit flimsy, but because of the good fit it's easy to open/close (no tension - cover sits flash against the car). The first impression is super positive - love this product. Will update if anything else transpires. Used it for couple of months - removed 1 star for cheap hardware. Plastic buckle piece (to secure vehicle in the middle) broke almost right away. Zipper is very cheap and thin... I use it very sparingly - don't want to break it. Everything else works well. Cover is worth buying - keeps vehicle clean and significantly cooler. Read more

I’ve had the cover on my Ridgeline for 5 days now. No rain yet so not sure how waterproof it is. It seems to be made very well, fits perfectly, and is relatively easy for this senior citizen to put on and get off all by myself. The zipper at driver door is a good idea but because it only opens vertically I have trouble getting my door open very far. If the zipper ran up and then over at the top of the door, it would be so much easier. Read more

Started out fine, but after three months of usage, it rather precipitously started falling apart, literally. Last night I went out to grab something out of the truck and notice that the zipper was off. I reset it and tightened the zipper piece, but because the metal is so low quality, it broke immediately. I have no way to close or fasten the driver door zipper entry. While I was securing the cover to the truck, one of the straps tore right off the cover. The single stitch with only about 6 threads through it was weak to begin with, but with very little force, it ripped off of the cover. Over the past approximately 2 months, the seams at the bottom of the cover that hold the elastic band in place started to fray and come loose. In the back of the cover, the elastic band is almost completely loose from the seam. One of the clips broke about a month into use. To summarize, maybe this cover is alright for a vehicle that only gets used a couple times a month or less, but it’s incredibly cheap and cannot stand up to normal daily use. I would not recommend buying this if you plan to use it regularly- It’s extremely low quality. Read more
