I have been using The All Waterdrop Pitcher for about 8 mo. Love having not to drag water bottles home and adding to the waste of plastic in our environment. I ordered the filter to have on hand. Filters work for 200 pitcher fills, and the pitcher is nice, but filters cost as much as pitcher almost! Read more

UPDATE: I switched from Brita to Waterdrop about 2 years ago. I prefer the taste. The filter replacements are a bit expensive though. I found an affordable filter from Water Specialists and have been ordering from them. I Subscribe and Save and this months arrived on time, however in setting it up it has to be soaked then flushed (it activates the filter) and I couldn’t get it to work properly. The filter was clogged. I got so frustrated I had to buy gallons of water at the store, I wasn’t happy. I sent an email to the seller and the most helpful, kind man understood my problem and was kind enough to send me a new filter, at no additional charge. LENE was so easy to communicate with, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was angry at first but his ease to work with and his sympathetic attitude won me over. I’m 100% satisfied with Water Specialists customer service and I now am confident if I have a problem in the future, LENE is there to help. Water Specialists-he’s wonderful!!!! Read more
