Waterstone 5600-AB Traditional Standard Reach PLP Pulldown Faucet Antique Brass

Had problem with blockage of Waterstone soap and lotion dispenser. The tech support by phone was readily available. I spoke with John Thomas who guided me through a troubleshooting process which didn't solve the problem. He then promptly shipped me a polished chrome replacement part to solve my problem. Faucet leaked at both compression fittings and came damaged. Contacted seller with videos etc, they would not do anything about it. Waterstone would not cover under warranty because bought off Amazon. Reinstalled old tap no leaks. Now stuck with a 2500 faucet that what a joke. Read more

I LOVE(d) this faucet, except I came to realize when using hot water the hand held handle gets as hot as the water, literally burns removing entire purpose of sprayer nozzle, which was the entire reason I got it. Must be a design flaw, would love to hear manufacture response, they must have never tried it with hot water. Another issue is that if you are using pull down nozzle and bend to like 90 degree, to spray side of sink it binds the tube cutting off water. I dont have that issue on much cheaper faucets. Read more
