Also, I did not see anything about warranty details, I know they offer warranty but there are no info inside the box. I was initially hesitant about this after reading reviews on how the string would keep coming out/breaking and wasn’t sure if this was a scam I was falling for from TikTok 😅 After getting used to it, I can definitely say it works well! I have some pretty dark chin/neck hairs that are noticeable after about 2-3 weeks and it took almost everything out. There’s a couple hairs left but it’s comparable to a professional forgetting a few hairs. My skin is very smooth and the process felt a little less painful than going to my threading lady. It takes a good amount of time though, to get the angle right for capturing the hairs but I’ll take that than spend $15 every 2 weeks. Time wasn’t a big deal to me since I put a napkin down and watched Netflix while occasionally feeling around for any hairs I missed and going over those areas. I think it’s common sense to use it for bigger areas that don’t need precision to work around and the pamphlet it comes with even mentions don’t use it for something like eyebrows. I have no problems with the string so far- you need to make sure the string is loose enough for threading but not too loose. That’s when you start having problems with it coming out/breaking. Updated review: First time it worked like charm and I was in love with this product. But 2nd time, no luck. The string keeps poping out of the middle hook. Very disappointing. I was hoping this will work long term for me. Have to return and may be get a replacement to try again. I just got this item and I am quite happy with my first try. I followed a video on youtube to get the thread in place but I did have to knot the ends otherwise it will not stay in place. Have to be very careful near eyebrows. I tried all areas of my face and neck except my eyebrows. I was too scared it would mess up my eyebrows. But it worked great for other areas of my face. Pain was not too bad. If you are used to threading , it is very similar to that. Also, I like that I can do it myself and do not need anyones help. I can save my parlour trips. I used my own powder but this comes with the powder and head band to project ur head hair. I gave 4 stars because I want to see how long it will work well and also how much will the thread refill cost me? If I can find a refill for the thread? Negatives -> Does not come with instructions on how to use the thread. Not sure if I can find refill for the thread hard to use near eyebrows. Only one speed. But overall happy as of now. I was apprehensive to try this but after I did, I loved it. It made my incoming hair a lot softer and very similar to the hair removal threading. It sadly died within 4 uses. I've contacted the company hoping they would replace it, but I haven't heard back yet. Unit always kept in the box and put away after use. It will not power on while being plugged in, unit hasn't gotten wet or anything like that, but seems like the inner cord is damaged. Read more
