Beautiful and is as described. I am a 12 and this barely slid up these 36” hips. Waist is an elastic band for a nice smooth fit. I wish the crochet was stretchy too, but sadly it’s just not loose enough. Please make a size large for middle aged women with a little tummy. Read more
