First and foremost, shout-out to the Amazon support team for getting my item here in a timely manner. Now for the cardigan, it’s not as shaggy as it appears on the model. Even when you fluff it out, it still appears flat. It’s not a bad cardigan, it just don’t look like the pic. Which don’t align with the look I was going for. Read more
