Over the years I have ‘tested’ other personal massagers and I keep going back to the We Vibe Touch. It is well made, quiet, and QUITE effective. 😉 (The newer version - the Touch X - is a very close second.). In March of this year I purchased a new Touch and last week I started to experience problems with it. It wouldn’t hold or keep a charge. I wrote to We Vibe Customer Service yesterday via their official website. (I provided the serial number, proof of purchase, etc.) Within two hours I had a response and they shipped out a new replacement Touch this morning. Excellent customer service. Read more
I had the previous model- purple we vibe touch- that was amazing vibrator that lasted for years, purchased on Amazon. When that finally died after 2 years, I purchased this new version, but found that even brand new, it was much weaker. At full charge would loose intensity within a few minutes. So frustrating- Not worth the money!!! I purchased another one from the We vibe site and the difference is night and day! It’s amazing! Do not purchase from Amazon, I got a faulty product, and even the charging cable is different that the one that came directly from We Vibe. Great product- don’t purchase here! I want a refund! As my title says, this updated version is even better than the original. I was nervous because the Touch was my favorite vibe of all time. I had two of them over the years because my first one died and I just replaced it. Well, my second one died too and now they have this one. It is more powerful than the original. It’s just amazing. I also like the charging connector better. I like that you can change the speed/intensity of every mode, too. The only thing that’s a minor con is it’s harder to control without looking because there’s 3 buttons and they’re all close together vs the original only had one but that’s a very minor complaint. Quietest vibration I’ve seen in any toy so far. Although none are truly quiet enough. Vibration doesn’t feel very localized so you need to move it around often to be stimulated. Read more
The day I ordered this I had received another vibrator I ordered the day before. It was returned (there is a story about that!) But after research, I realized what I first got was a "buzzy" vibrator; this We-Vibe Touch X is a "rumbly" vibrator. OMG, what a difference!! Soft, smooth, quiet, easy to hold and use, plenty of different settings...this is the cadillac of vibrators, ladies! Easy to use with a partner. I've never paid this much for a vibrator, but I would order this again in a heart beat. Included was a charger (not the plug, just the cord), a silk bag to keep it in, and a sample of lube. If you are like me and don't like the "buzzy" type, like an electric toothbrush vibe, this is the one you want! German engineering at it's finest!! Woot!! Read more
I was hoping the other reviews were maybe wrong but this genuinely is nothing like the original touch model. It wasn't doing much for me. The vibration isn't as strong. And it took amuch higher setting than the original. Would not recommend the touch x if you were a diehard fan of the touch. Waste of money. Read more
