I am not a small guy by any stretch of the imagination (300 lbs at 6 feet tall), and the 3x is well big enough, possibly should have gotten a 2x. The suit is overall well made. It is soft and comfortable to wear, the only reason for four stars instead of five is that the suit had faded into the white fur, turning it pink in spots and after just one season with only about half a dozen Santa appearances, the gold applique is already starting to peel a bit. I’m an Uber driver to keep me busy in my retirement and I decided to dress as Santa for my riders. I tend to be a careful shopper and this suit seemed to be the best quality I could get for under $100. It’s a fabulous Santa suit! The velvet is of good quality and the color is excellent. The white fur trim look fine for fake fur. The beard and hair are pure white and do not have any pinkish tint that earlier reviewers have mentioned. However, I chose not to use them and just use my own beard and hair. I get called “Santa” all year long even though my beard is shorter than the typical Santa’s so I thought I might as well use it! I am also using my own (blue) glasses because I need them to drive. The blue frames might not be Santa-like, but I gotta see. The fake glasses that came with the suit looked like they would fit fine. I bought the 3X suit and I wear a 48 size jean and a 3x shirt (sometimes a 2x). I’m 5’ 10” and 270 lbs.The pants have plenty of room to stretch. The top fits nicely and could probably handle someone a little more portly. The cape’s neck is a bit night and one might need to have the Velcro adjusted if you were bigger or had a larger neck than me .The hat might be too large for some. I have a fairly large head and it fit me loosely .The gloves got dirty so quickly from my steering wheel (Wow, who would have thought a leather steering wheel would be that filthy?) so I bought a pack of white gloves from Amazon and I cut the tip of the index finger out of the right hand so I can operate my phone when using the Uber app. Read more

This is a pretty primo Santa suit. Definitely better and more believable than a basic suit, has a vintage traditional look. Very plush, a lot of accessories included that complete the magic. Even the beard/wig is passable, if not super top notch quality. The gift sack is a little small and low quality, but will fit a few medium sized gifts in it. Overall, excellent suit for the price. My brother used it to play Santa for our family party and none of the kids recognized him. The smaller kids totally believed. Read more

I love Christmas, it's definitely the most wonderful time of the year! That being said I had previously purchased a different Santa Clause outfit from a local big box store. I was happy with it, but it was nothing special. Fortunately, or unfortunately it's been lost in a move. To avoid going another Christmas without a Santa Claus outfit I purchased this. I wasn't sure if i would keep it since I already had one. Once i took this out of the package I was very impressed. It looks really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the glasses. They came nowhere close to fitting me. I can't really complain though because I have a big head, and am used to things not fitting. For the price I'm very satisfied.
