I always have a hard time sleeping, either falling asleep, staying asleep or both so I decided to try a weighted eye mask. I bought this one because it was adjustable without a "buckle" of any kind at the back of my head, it has two types of mask, a weight one and one that has the eye holes cut out, it is washable, and it blocks out light completely. It appears very well made and the part over your eyes is very soft though the first night I wore it my eye area itched a little bit. It didn't last and it hasn't happened again. I’ve been using this weighted sleep mask for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. The weight is just enough to feel calming without being annoying, and it blocks out light completely. This kit comes with a weighted and non weighted eye mask, each one can attach/detach from the main strap by Velcro. I’ve tried both and they’re each very comfortable and FULL blackout. It’s just a matter of preference but I prefer the weighted one. Not just because it has the weight but I really like the way it contours/molds around the eyes. Highly recommended! Read more

I have no complaints about this eye mask. Initially, I didn’t even know weighted eye masks were a thing but decided to try it and I don’t know why, but the weighted pressure on my face feels relaxing to me.
