Could benefit from longer band to loosen up
I’d been thinking of getting one and was so excited to be offered to try it, however I had a few concerns: 1) I found this slightly tight. For more reference, I’m 5’7”, about 180 lbs, my bra size is 38C and a size L is an easy loose fit for me, that being said, these were slightly tight, would’ve preferred them with a bit more room to loosen up. 2) I was hoping for more weight adjustment option so that I can build up to my prefer added weight, not have everything sewed in and that’s where I had to start. The weight is there, and that’s really what matters most — it adds resistance and does the job for light training or walking But the fit? If you’re a bigger guy (I’m 6'1", 300 lbs), this thing looks and feels like a kid’s backpack — very snug and not flattering. Not wide enough for my shoulder-span. Vest is adjustable, but there’s only so much room to work with; anyone with a broader chest or shoulders is going to have issues Reflective stripe is a nice touch for early morning or evening walks, though it’s a small feature Wrist and ankle weights are fine — simple straps, easy to put on, good for basic arm or leg workouts Materials feel okay for the price — nothing premium, but it’s not falling apart either So yes, it’s a functional light-weighted set — just not made with larger body types in mind. If you’re under 220 lbs or have a slimmer build, it’ll likely fit better. Otherwise, prepare to look like you're wearing toddler gear at the gym. Read more
