This product lifts the mystery as to how weighted vests get weighted. It comes partially unassembled, with six (plus two spares) plastic chambers that you fill with a syringe, so the material inside the chamber turns into a weight. Then you insert the weights into special slots in the vest to whatever weight you require. You can use all six, or fewer. For me, this is great because it means as I build strength I can load the vest in incriments. It is not hard to do at all. I enjoy knowing what happens inside those things, hahaha. Cool product! Nice quality weighted vest for my wife. I like the included flectors in the vest as well for safety. I the package there was extra bags that you could add for additional weight to make the vest adjustable which is great for one person who is training and getting stronger, and wants to add more wight. It is a nice length to fit all body types, because some of them out there are in the shape of a sports bra almost and that won't fit everyone. I recommend this weighted vest! Read more
This is a light weight vest that is perfect for just a little bit extra during your workout. I like the way it fastened around the chest. It’s pretty secure on your torso and doesn’t feel like a hindrance doing out. I’m a small frame girl so this is perfect for me but if you are a guy probably need something heavier weight.
