Love this vest
I absolutely love this vest and walk in it every day. It fits around my postpartum chest with ease and you can tighten or loosen accordingly even while walking. It’s comfortable to wear (despite the fact you are carrying around 20 extra pounds) and very adjustable which I like since I am trying to lose weight and I was afraid I would have to get a new one as the weight fell off. The weight is evenly distributed on each side and on your back, which makes it easier to want to wear while walking. Read more

Too big
I am a 33 year old female, 5‘5“, 130 pounds and 32C. I wore this 15lb vest around the house a couple of days first; the first time cooking dinner and the second vacuuming. On the third day I wore it out on a walk and realized it’s too big. It slides around on my shoulders and bounces quite a bit on my stomach and back because there is no way to get it tight to the body. I understand why they didn’t, but I wish they had made buckles on the sides instead of the elastic; if I could tighten this closer to my body I would consider keeping it. As it is, I won’t be able to do any of my workouts in this and don’t think I even want to keep it just for walking, it just bounces too much. I did get the 2lb ankle/wrist weights (it is a single set that can be used for either) and I like those, they sit comfortably enough. Though I have small wrists and ankles and they don’t wrap fully around even on me and so the weight distribution is a little weird and will be even more so for anyone with normal size or larger ankles and wrists.
