Bulky, hot, but good reflective banding

This vest is just OK...I am new to exercising in a weighted vest, these are my initial reactions. I have the 12 lb vest and it's a bit bulky, I could not wear it comfortably under a shirt as some reviews suggested. It was quite uncomfortable to wear jogging, moved too much, so I will likely only wear when walking. It tends to ride up, even with straps tightened. It may be acceptable under a loose-fitting jacket or sweat shirt, just haven't tried that yet. It's hot to wear, so I do not think I will be able to use during summer and on warmer spring and fall days. I'm a little concerned about ability/ease of cleaning as I believe it will get wet from sweat. On a positive note, it has a lot of reflective banding, so it's good for early mornings and evenings.
