This is a cool bag. It expands to a great size and has room for several outfits. The bag is made of rugged canvas and will be strong enough to handle a packed bag. The brown color is versatile and will go with anything, but I don’t think it will work with a more formal outfit. If you need a rugged edc then this will be perfect for you. Read more

I didn’t know what to expect with this bag. When the listing was first live there were no pictures, only a description. Thing is, I love messenger bags. I’m big into the Everyday Carry (EDC) world and always carry a lot of things with me. I’m always looking for new bags for various situations, so I decided to give this a shot. I didn’t go in TOTALLY blind with this; I own three other products by Welkinland. What’s interesting is the first two items I got of theirs were to hold tools. I have a tool backpack and a tool roll from Welkinland, both of which are amazing quality, and a really nice garment bag. So I got this bag knowing they make quality. I wasn’t disappointed. This bag isn’t what I expected. When you look at it head-on it looks like a small backpack. The handles and shoulder strap correct this, but with messenger bags I expect them to be long and not very tall, like a phone in landscape mode, but this is tall and not very wide, like a phone in portrait. The material is rip-stop nylon in a shade of brown, a little shiny but a good color, though my preference leans towards black. The bag has quite a few features. When you first unzip it doesn’t look like there’s a lot of space inside, but there is another zipper that, when opened, allows the whole bag to expand a few inches. NOW you have storage space! The main pocket has several little pockets to hold various things, like accessories or computer peripherals, and there multiple pockets on either side of the main compartment. There are two handles to carry it, both of which disappear into side pockets, which I deeply appreciate. It's annoying to have handles flopping around when you’re using the shoulder strap, and this eliminates that problem totally. The overall fit and finish of this bag is top-notch, and the branded zippers are feel robust. Zippers can make or break a bag, so I’m always happy to see when they don’t go cheap on them. Overall I’m thrilled with this messenger bag. While it won’t replace my normal EDC bag it’s perfect to carry the little external monitor and keyboard I use with my phone, along with all of the accessories and some peripherals. Read more
