I ordered before traveling the holidays this as a gift for a post-Christmas gift exchange and upon my return, realized I never received it. Such a creative way to mix in some nostalgia or conversation starters all stemming from an iconic city to visit, home town, college days, favorite places.. or vacation destinations. That’s what you get with a wine tumbler etched with a map!! So clever- it’s a great gift to mark a person moving, commemorate a honeymoon, trip, etc. A gift that would be appreciated long after the fact! Cup itself is solid with a robust roundness in the palm of your hand.. it has substantial “short-round“ feel. Lid is airtight and silicone sealed along with slide mechanism covering the port.. Tipped on its side it stays leakproof. I do wish bottom had a bumper to keep from any scuff marks on a table surface- but nothing a coaster cant fix. Dishwasher safe.. only wide mouth opening let’s you easily access interior and wash by hand.. What sets this apart from the others is being a unique piece of art all in itself!! In leui of placing a design transfer onto exterior like so many do- this is art in reverse done by etching away at a solid surface color- (for mine it was white..) By removing color it allow stainless silver to show underneath.. created by this affect- is a really unique and impressive map! Clever, creative and nicely done.. One that won’t disappoint. The media could not be loaded. This cup is a very nice color (I chose the pink) and the engraving is done well. It shows a little map of the Chicago area and has the latitude and longitude coordinates for the city. The map is not intricately detailed, but does highlight the major areas well (i.e. O'Hare, Wicker Park, Pilsen, etc). The lid fits securely, but it does leak through the drinking hole when tipped over. So, it's not completely leak proof, but would slow a spill if the cup was tipped over. The bottom is painted metal and does not have a rubber grip, so it does slide on smooth hard surfaces. None of those things were concerns for me though. It keeps ice in the cup for at least 8 hours....I didn't keep any ice in it longer than that to time how long it actually keeps ice. It has room to use a straw through the drinking hole in the lid. It's a great cup to have a piece of home with you if you moved away or as a gift to anyone. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This is super cute for drinking wine with friends! It keeps cool and is easy to hold. The bottom doesn't have rubber grips, which would be a nice addition, but it also doesn't move around when I set it down so it's still 5 stars. The lid is secure and closed tightly. The only thing is that when tilted and the lid is closed, it does still leak out (I showed it on the video). Not a problem when I'm simply sitting there drinking but just know that it will likely leak if it falls. Overall I love it! Read more

I love this! It's great quality and I love the closure on it. It's perfect for outdoor gatherings to keep your drink cold and bugs out. I also enjoyed using inside because I didn't have to worry about a sweating glass. I plan on ordering more to have on hand for my next girls night. Read more
