Wella Professionals Elements Renewing Shampoo Gentle Sulfate Silicone Free Shampoo For All Hair Types

Suddenly last summer I began having problems with my usually easygoing hair. Super dry ends, but somehow buildup at the roots, itchy scalp, hair fall. Tried Redken Acidic Bonding first, which helped the dry ends but lead to more buildup. Then tried Bumble& Bumble Seaweed, again dry ends, dirty roots. On to Redken Volume Injection, which made everything wiry, dry and impossible to manage. My hair looked like a crazy crows nest. Finally this. My hair is clean, soft and shiny again. The shampoo lathers and cleans well without drying the hair, and the conditioner doesn’t weigh the hair down. The fragrance is a bit weird though. Botanical, reminds me of elderflowers and a bit of apricots, but because it’s mild and fleeting it’s not a problem. Since my hair is processed I still use the 16% Redken Acidic Bonding cream once per week, and the 5% Acidic Bonding leave in conditioner at the ends after each wash. Read more

My hairdresser told me about this product and I am so glad she did. Love this shampoo and the way it cleans my hair. I used to shampoo everyday bc of my oily hair. I can now go 2-3 days and still feel clean. It is a little pricey for the size of the container so I now buy the larger bag that is available and refill my bottle. Giving 4 stars bc of the price. I used to really like Wella Professionals Elements Renewing Shampoo — it felt rich, effective, and left my hair looking and feeling healthier. Unfortunately, the latest bottle I purchased seems completely different. The formula feels watered down, and it no longer delivers the results it once did. My hair doesn’t feel as clean, nourished, or strong after washing. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in quality, especially for a product at this price point. Read more

My stylist suggested to use this shampoo . I have a keratin treatment on my hair. This shampoo does not strip the treatment out but cleans my hair so good. My keratin treatment last about 4 to 6 months before a new applacation. Read more
