These worked pretty well for the advertised purpose; while wearing them, I was able to breathe more easily and ease my snoring at night. Price is okay (19.99 at time of review); I've seen better deals, but also worse. Having a hypoallergenic adhesive is a huge plus that helps justify the cost. My skin had no reactions while wearing these. The only slight issue I had was that the corner of the nasal strip started to peel off by the time I woke up. It wasn't enough to stop the strip from being effective, but worth noting for people that toss and turn at night like I do. Even after cleaning my face as the instructions advised, my spinning around in my sleep was enough to start to knock it loose. These nose strips come in a small, soft cardboard package. You need to take the whole roll out every time, as they are all connected with perforations between the individually packaged strips. Initially the inside of the package had a strong chemical scent. After letting that air out and changing packages, I tried the strips. They are effective if you please them well, allowing the sticky part to pull at the side surface of the nostril. You can feel a slight increase in the opening. If you are congested up past the bone or in your sinuses, it is not clear how well they would work. Since the strips felt a bit ticklish, I could not use them for sleep, so in that sense they were not effective for sleep and would have negatively impacted sleep quality. However, each person is different. They are still good for plane travel where you might feel stuff. For the 30 strips total, the price and value are a good balance for the money. Read more

These nasal strips make a nice alternative to the expensive, name-brand ones. There is no chemical odor to the strips, and they are easy to apply. The adhesive was strong enough to hold the strip overnight, yet removed without any residue or irritation the next morning. I really wanted to like these nose strips because they seem well made and the design itself feels like good quality. Unfortunately, no matter what I tried, they simply would not stay stuck to my nose. These initially seemed to be easy to use. I cleaned my skin, made sure it was completely dry, and followed the instructions carefully. However, they still lifted and came off far too easily off of my nose. I also was not a fan of how large these are on my nose. Maybe it's because I have a small nose? These just didn't fit me right. Because the adhesive doesn’t hold, they don’t actually do what they’re supposed to do, which makes them pretty useless for sleeping or snoring relief. It’s frustrating because the strips themselves feel sturdy and thoughtfully designed, so this seems like a fixable issue. If the adhesive were improved, these could be a solid product. As they are now, though, they didn’t work for me at all, which is why I’m giving them two stars. Read more

Wellamoon Nose Strips for Breathing (30 Ct)..While these might work well for some folks, they didn’t work really good for me. The stickiness just wasn’t enough to hold them for me all night, although I did clean my nose thoroughly. The size was a little too large for my small face, I feel these cater more to men. Fairly comfortable, although a little large. You get 30 strips, basically a months worth for about 20.00. Since I had to put on at least two a night, not a good value for me. Read more

I have seen similar items like this but had never tried them. I ordered these and used one for the first time last night. The weather is cold and has been hard on my sinuses. But last night I slept comfortably, able to breathe through my nose the entire night. I had no idea it could make such a difference. I will be using these from now on. I was not impressed with these nasal strips. While they worked well initially, they didn’t stay adhered for more than about an hour. I believe the main issue is the design. There is a cutout on each side of the strip, and those areas start lifting shortly after application. Unfortunately, those cutout sections are also the rigid parts of the strip, so once they lift, the strip is no longer effective. I would recommend choosing a nasal strip that is made as one continuous piece rather than this segmented design. Read more
