I have been taking 2-4 (depending how I"m feeling) a day for the last few months and my skin is brighter, my nails are strong, and my hair is SUPER THICK, luscious and grows super fast. I stopped taking wellbel a year ago because I got lazy tbh, but I found a picture from when I was taking it regularly and my hair was DYED (semi-permanent) RED and it was HEALTHIER then than it is now totally natural without wellbel. I have tried so many supplements/hair products to combat my frizzy fine hair lately totally forgetting about this supplement, but honestly, wellbel takes the cake. It’s a little pricey, but absolutely worth it (especially if your hair/skin/nail health is something you value!).
