You would be amazed but within about 30 minutes you start feeling a burning sensation but it is all good because its laced with herbs and essences and the burning comes from Capsaicin peppers. I thought I would show some skin sensitivity from it but not at all. Worth noting here however: I went into a hot tub with it on and quickly had to remove it after hitting the hot water, even after I removed it my knee felt like it was on fire when i slide back into the hot water but its the capsaicin oils. It dissipated in a few minutes but WOW it's and eye opener. The relief does last for about 7-8 hours. Peel and stick and go. So easy. These are amazing! I bought them for residual knee pain after surgery. I didn't really think that they would work but thought it was worth trying. I was wrong..they really do work! Thumbs up from a long time knee pain sufferer who is still an athlete. I was a little skeptical but found that these unobtrusive little patches do provide targeted joint pain relief. 24 hours later I can still feel the tingling of the herbs used to stimulate blood flow to the inflamed area.
