You would be amazed but within about 30 minutes you start feeling a burning sensation but it is all good because its laced with herbs and essences and the burning comes from Capsaicin peppers. I thought I would show some skin sensitivity from it but not at all. Worth noting here however: I went into a hot tub with it on and quickly had to remove it after hitting the hot water, even after I removed it my knee felt like it was on fire when i slide back into the hot water but its the capsaicin oils. It dissipated in a few minutes but WOW it's and eye opener. The relief does last for about 7-8 hours. Peel and stick and go. So easy.
