These Wells Lamont Men’s Fingerless Gloves are a total game-changer. They are super comfortable and feel great on my hands even after wearing them for 48 hours a week at work. I got these for dog walks, since our (rather large) puppy likes to pull. That kind of pulling and jerking led to a few burns from the leash, so I figured some lightweight yet durable gloves that don't hinder dexterity would be the answer. And that's exactly what I got with these! They've really cut down on the fatigue of a large puppy pulling on a leash, there have been no rope burns since using them, and I can still get to treats and use poop bags easily. I do a lot of wood turning. The mantra of wood turners is that you never wear gloves, lest the get caught in the work or on a chuck or something, and drag your hand into the lathe, causing an injury. That said, I don't think that I know a single wood turner who does not wear fingerless gloves when turning on a lathe. Over the years, my preference has been motorcycle-style fingerless gloves, but the quality of these gloves is not what it used to be. These synthetic gloves work just as good, fit a bit better, and protect my hands from hot wood chips and dust. With heavy daily use, they wear rather quickly, but they certainly protect one's hands while maintaining dexterity. The bit of padding helps. Good fit but not very tough. I already have holes in the palms after only a couple of days use. My old Wells Lamont fingerless work gloves lasted longer without wearing out but I guess they are using cheaper materials now than they did several years ago. Read more

Bought Two pair, both XL. Keep one & gave other away. Great fit in me & my associate. Like the Velcro straps & that they are fingerless, make working & gripping way easier. Well made.
