I love this knife because it is very sharp. It also has good balance, and the hand grip is comfortable. Cleaning is great, too, because there is not a blade going into the hilt, it is all one piece... hence, no bacteria buildup in the most likely missed spot on a knife. I needed new Chef Knives and never, ever expected to find these gorgeous knives. They are too pretty to hide in a drawer so I'm going to put them in a Cutlery Holder on my Kitchen Counter. And they are so sharp. Fantastic knives - look no further and buy these. Seems like this knife will hold up for quite a while I mean I’ve only had it 2 weeks at time of review but it’s doing well. The only thing I don’t like about it is the feel in my hand. The handle is a little skinny. Read more
Love love love. Want the whole set. Bought for my son for Xmas. Kids first chef knife and it’s amazing. Sharp as all get out. Durable. And the handle and shards as all one piece is just tops!!! It puts our other knives to shame. Even my pro chef dad was impressed and thought i paid a lot more. Great gift box too. Highly recommend and I know knives. Read more
Really easy to hold, so far a good buy. Cuts really nice. Only downside is no included case or sheath, but I keep the tip protector on and have been using the box it came in. Read more
The knife looks and feels like a PROFESIONAL knife once you hold it in your hand, but it DOESN'T feel like such a PROFESSIONAL knife once you start cutting vegetables, meat, etc. Read more
Very sharp and comfortable to use. Hollow handle means it isn’t heavy to hold for a longer time. Easy to clean. I haven’t had it for long enough to know how long it keeps it’s edge or how easy it is to sharpen. Read more
