I am 5'8", 180 pounds, and usually take a 36 x 30 pants they were about 3 1/2 inches to 4 inches probably too long but they're super comfortable and I'm keeping them. I think they are made of quality material zippered pockets which I didn't expect 2 on the right side 2 on the left side, and one zippered pocket on the right side in the back,no left back pocket, but I'm very happy with these things. They are super comfortable and they look like they were dry really fast if they got wet. They also have an elastic type of waistband that help out a lot also.
