Just an excellent -- roomy -- heavy-weight -- definitely outer-layer product -- to be worn outside the pants -- not tucked in. I am 5'11" -- 180 lbs -- with wide shoulders -- and a barrel-chested torso. I purchased the 2XL size which was perfect for my needs -- providing the lose, ample fit I wanted -- with sleeves just an inch or so too long -- which can be easily rolled up a notch. Torso length is more than adequate -- falling well below the hips. If anything -- sizes run large rather than small. For a more tailored, custom fit, I am certain the XL size would have served me well. Nicely quilted inner linings and sleeve linings -- makes it easy to slip into. Side-pocket linings are wanting -- rather skimpy -- very lightweight satin-type material. I find no fault with stitching, seams, snaps or zipper. Plastic zipper could be more robust -- but if used with care should last for the duration. The detachable, ample, double-layered black hoodie -- with drawstrings -- is fastened to the outer side of the collar with 5 conventional button fasteners. It fully encloses the head and face -- and is roomy enough to even be worn over a beanie. In color, texture and features this product is a perfect match to its online representation. The inner side breast pocket is perfect for secure mobile phone storage. One caution. I went out in a very light misty rain -- and found that the brushed flannel acts like a wick -- readily capturing the mist particles -- leaving me no choice but to return inside. A winter shirt jacket that does it all. Lightweight and comfortable. I took off one star for the excessively large removable hood. Since it is removable it will most often not be an issue. It would be better if the hood was a bit smaller and lined with a more comfortable and soft fabric. Great buy at a discount but not as good quality as the SRP suggests. Read more

Not sure if this jacket is good for fall or spring on those cool nights? Got mine in the middle of winter. It's a little warmer and thicker than I thought it would be. But. It fits great though, no problem with the size. Just wish it was a little thinner. Overall, it's a nice coat. I would recommend it. Love, where the pockets are located at. I highly recommend this jacket. It is very well made. It is warm and looks like very high quality. I couldn't believe how nice it was when it arrived considering what I paid for it. I bought it for my husband. Even though Texas didn't tend to get too cold to frequently use a jacket this thick and warm, my husband really really dislikes the cold except when snow skiing. He Loved it so much that I bought one for my Dad and my son. My Dad lives in Pennsylvania and works outside a lot.
