Item as described, nice craftsmanship of the shade. Has a long cord, must be 6’ plus (no, I didn’t unravel it all as it wasn’t all needed). Comes with two antique Edison 4w LED (40w equivalent incandescent) bulbs which can be substituted for higher watt LED if desired. The base is heavy and not to worry about tipping over. This is a beautiful floorlamp. Our former one, which was very old but we liked the style, stopped working. I took a chance ordering a floorlamp online but was quite thrilled to find this one. It looked perfect to add to our living room decor. All parts came in a well-packed box and the lamp itself was quite easy to assemble. We like how tall it is and the lamp itself is quite sturdy. I like pole lamps because they have a small footprint and can be placed almost anywhere. These lamps have a very heavy base and they go together very easily. Some people think they are plastic, that is not true. They are beautiful and 1/2 the price of a very similar one I bought at a local furniture store. I would buy again if I needed more of them. This sure is beautiful. Unfortunately, I wanted to put it on carpet, and the glass shade made it tippy because the base is not wide enough to keep it stable. So, I put a 25 pound weight on top of the base and that worked. Know that going into a purchase like this, you might have to place it on hard floors and not carpet.🥴 Read more
