Mine came slightly damaged, probably during shipping. The included instructions are the worst, but not too difficult to figure out. I use it everyday for about 1/2 mile and it easily lasts 5 days on one charge. I weigh 220# and it will go 22 mph on the flat, slower up hill. At first glance, it looks great, but unfortunately, the issues go far beyond appearances. The brakes don’t work properly, and on top of that, they make an annoying noise every time I use them. The scooter occasionally wobbles while riding, which is not only unsettling but also a safety concern. Additionally, the screws meant to attach the baskets don’t even fit—they’re too small for the holes provided. To add to the frustration, one of the straps is already ripped, making it feel cheaply made. And although it claims to have a certain speed, it’s nowhere near accurate in reality. It’s clear that while the scooter looks good on the outside, it’s plagued by a series of small yet critical details that make the experience far more troublesome than it’s worth.
