It's a thick drive.
This drive uses all the space of a 3.5" drive, no slim stuff here. But, that should be expected by a drive that holds 12TB. Read more

The Hard Drive would not format. Contacting Customer Support and getting a RMA number was extremely difficult and it took several hours. Read more
