I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service! Through no fault of their own, according to UPS, the package was damaged in shipment. Once I gave them the information they responded, within hours, to advise me direct that they would immediately replace the shipment! I have now received the replaced product in two (2) days! This never came with a sprayer so I can not say it works. Tried multiple times to contact Amazon and wet & forget. Asked for a replacement sprayer. Couldn’t talk to a representative. Our basement flooded and I had to spray all over floors, walls and baseboards. Havent seen one mold spore to date, and that was 3 yrs ago. We then had a pipe leak making the basement wet on one wall, so I ran a fan for weeks after. the mold on the wall is gone and wall dried out. I also use in shower, it gets soap scum off easily, and also works well on toilet stains. Highly recommend. Just make sure you turn off the sprayer nozzle when not in use. Gravity feed drained the entire bottle onto the floor. This stuff works well with pleasant scent. Read more
