I am super disappointed in this purchase. I wanted to use this the day after it was supposed to be delivered, however after I received it I noticed it looked a little clumpy. I tested it on my wrist and not much came out. I started trying to scoop it out of the container with the application and that’s the only way I was able to get any glitter out. I got the trippy glitter liner at Walmart a long while ago. I loved it so much that I used it up and decided to buy more of it. idk if they rebranded and changed formula or what but it’s not the same thing. The color is different, barely any glitter comes out or sticks, I’m pretty sure the glitter is smaller size as well. It doesn’t go on well, it doesn’t stay, and isn’t very noticeable. It is not silver glitter like in the photo. It is transparent holographic glitter. It is pretty, and it layers nicely and is sparkly, but has no actual color coverage. On the up side this means you can put it over any color eyeliner or shadow to add sparkle, but it will make a mess of non-waterproof liners if you aren't super careful. Read more

sucker for a dark sparkle liner. applies over their other dark liner without eliminating it. I truly do get a tad of flakeyness before the day's over and you need to redip the utensil a piece yet the item is really strong at the cost. Albeit this was certainly not a #1 for me!! I've attempted many eyeliners both very good quality and pharmacy and this one simply didn't raise a ruckus around town for me!! It wasn't pigmented enough.I feel like this is scarcely perceptible it's exceptionally sheer so on the off chance that you're not needing or favor a sparkle eyeliner with less sparkle this is all there is to it. Product came dried out even in the sealed package. I thought, "Nah I can't be, I'll give it a try anyway." It's dried out and clumpy. It is the worst consistency for eyeliner, like custard for dolls (sounds like it too). I will be returning the eyeliner. Read more
