I loved the soft material and burgundy color very much. Too bad I had to return it since the heel even though it was comfortable length was not a good size for my injured leg and felt a little too big and slippery for me. do not hesitate to order and try it for yourself. I love these boots! The style is gorgeous; I adore the croc PU leather. They are very warm and extremely comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that they were made with some reinforcement on the sole at the tip of the toe. They are slightly pointy, which I love! But I have only worn them twice and tip of the sole is worn down. Although I bought them on sale, they should not be showing wear and tear after only two different days of wear.
